Information you provide
Checkout collects your email and, for card payments, your name. Square handles card and wallet information; our website receives a payment token and confirmation, not your full card details. Your questionnaire and coaching conversations may include goals, training experience, availability and exercise limitations you choose to share. We use this information to deliver and support your program.
Services used to deliver your program
The site is hosted by Vercel; payments use Square and, when selected, its wallet or Afterpay integrations. The questionnaire uses Google Forms. Booking uses Calendly. Your community and PDF access use WhatsApp. Transactional emails use Gmail. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and may process it in countries outside Australia.
In the WhatsApp community, other participants may see your phone number, profile and messages, depending on WhatsApp settings. Share only what you are comfortable sharing with the group; contact Lucien privately for personal questions.
Cookies and optional measurement
A necessary, signed checkout-confirmation cookie lets the site show your next steps after a verified checkout. It expires after 24 hours. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. Hosting and payment services may also use technical security information to operate their services.
The site is prepared for Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. When these integrations are configured, they load only after you accept optional measurement. They can measure page views, program clicks, checkout starts and verified purchases, including the AUD amount and a transaction reference. We do not send your email, questionnaire answers or payment credentials through these tracking events. We do not count Sandbox or free test checkouts as purchases.
You can accept or decline optional measurement, or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining does not prevent purchasing. Browser controls can also delete cookies.
Why we use it
To process your purchase, send your receipt or next steps, provide coaching and support, organise consultations, answer questions and maintain appropriate business records. Optional measurement helps understand site usage and advertising performance. Purchasing does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Retention and protection
We keep information while needed to provide your program, handle questions and meet record-keeping obligations. Access is limited to what is needed for delivery and support. We use HTTPS, server-side payment credentials and a signed confirmation cookie. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, or to raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations. Rights under applicable privacy laws remain available. Requests about provider-held information may also need to go to that provider.
